(Criminal defence of two men charged with committing unnatural offence contrary to Section 162 (c) of the Penal Code, Cap 63 Laws of Kenya.)
This case came up for hearing of the prosecution’s case today 24th October, 2022.
The hearing did not proceed however, as the trial court, Hon. Martha Mutuku (CM) did not sit.
The matter was instead mentioned before an alternate court and fixed for mention on 15th November, 2022 and hearing 19th January, 2023 before the trial court.
