A Petition filed on behalf of a gay men charged in Mombasa court with having unnatural sex and subjected to forced anal/genital examination and HIV test, for orders of declarations, invalidation of evidence and compensation.

This matter had been fixed for hearing on 29/6/2023. Briefing was done with clients on 27/6/23.
On 29/6/23 when the matter came up for hearing, the Respondents applied for an adjournment to enable them file documents on the court portal. Client was present ready to proceed. The court adjourned the matter to 4/7/23.
Client advised to also attend the hearing of E017 f 2023 on 3/7/23.
